Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24-hour notice required for cancellation via email to exeterpickleballclub@gmail.com No-shows forfeit the rental fee Equipment Usage and Care Users must be 18 years or older to rent and operate the ball machine Basic operation training is mandatory before first-time use Machine settings must not be modified beyond prescribed parameters Return the machine in the same condition as received Safety Requirements Maximum two players may practise with the machine at one time Maintain a safe distance from the machine during operation Stop use immediately if machine shows any signs of malfunction Do not use during wet conditions or inclement weather Liability Waiver The undersigned agrees to: Accept full responsibility for any damage to the machine during rental period Damage charges will be assessed based on repair/replacement costs Release the facility from any claims arising from machine use Assume all risks associated with using the ball machine Report any equipment issues immediately to staff
