Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled court time To cancel, use the booking system or contact the club office during operating hours Booking Information Availability & Booking Process Court sessions are available for booking as soon as they are released in the system All bookings must be made through the Exeter Pickleball Club online booking system Courts can only be booked by registered club members. Players agree to bring their own equipment. Entry can be obtained through a keybox with the code provided before the session. Toilets are available on site and require an additional code which will also be provided. Session Duration All court bookings are for one-hour sessions Please ensure you vacate the court promptly at the end of your session. The key must be passed to the next person or placed back in the keybox. Eligibility & Payment Member Access Pickleball courts are exclusively available to Meadow Tennis Club members Your membership must be current and in good standing to make court reservations Pricing Court fees are included in the standard membership fee structure Equipment rental is available for an additional £2 per session Refunds Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 24 hours before the booking No penalties apply for late cancellations or no-shows, but we appreciate advance notice Club Cancellation Rights Exeter Pickleball Club reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice In the event of club-initiated cancellations, affected members will receive a full refund Court Rules & Requirements Player Limits Maximum of 4 players permitted per court at any time Equipment Members may bring their own equipment Rental equipment is available for £2 per session on request All equipment must be used responsibly and returned in good condition Additional Information Weather Conditions The club reserves the right to close courts due to inclement weather or unsafe playing conditions In case of weather-related closures, affected bookings will be refunded or rescheduled Etiquette Please respect other players and maintain appropriate conduct on the courts Follow all posted club rules and staff instructions Leave the court in good condition for the next players
